# BUDDY Earning System

### Important parts

* As you can see in the [$BUDDY](/bitcoin-buddies-whitepaper/nfts-and-tokens/usdbuddy.md) page, the staking reward (600.000.000 $BUDDY) will be distributing to NFT Card Holders.
* The Staking Period of $BUDDY lasts for 2,000 days (\~5,5 years)!
* This time is calculated from the date of normal operation.\
  E.g. : The live staking starts in 1st June 2023 - the distribution lasts until 21st December 2028.
* After end of distribution, you could only earn $WBUDDY token!

### Staking reward calculation

Daily distributed reward: 600.000.000 $BUDDY / 2.000 days =\~ 300.000 $BUDDY

All of 300.000 $BUDDY tokens is distributed, when every NFT Card is purchased and staked.

If not all NFT Card is used for staking, the unallocated tokens are burned daily. You could find more information about Burning mechanism [here](/bitcoin-buddies-whitepaper/system/token-burning-mechanism.md).

### Snapshot

Every day at 00:00 AM (GMT+0) all rewards are received to the holders.
